a patch for supporting static method calls in the Ruby bindings. I have also rearranged some small parts in the code, and removed some annoying things. I am also attaching a new tutorial (the Ruby version of tornado.C/tornado.py), which has static method calls, and the patch for demo.rb in order to include the new tutorial.
