- add a	new version of unuran (1.1.1) which fixes some warnings	on gcc 4 and add a new method (mvtdr)
- WARNING: to re-compile root  a make distclean-unuran is required  

- fix a problem with re-initialization of discrete pre-defined distributions (poisosn and binomial) when 
  changing their parameters 
- improve and fix a problem with the test for discrete distributions
