Since it is running an internal fit, RooJeffreysPrior is unstable when a
parameter is close to its boundary. To fix this, the prior PDF is now
cloned, and the ranges of its parameters are extended to make fits converge
even at the boundary.
The JeffreysPrior tutorial has been renamed and cleaned up.
