this file name in the source directory.

It can be created by some tools like clangd.

Appears when run tutorials direct from source directory

Fix warning

Only configure/make creates files in the source dir, and that doesn't need to configure rootcling_tmp / rootcint_tmp.

Updates PCRE to 8.37 (current upstream version) which can detect PPC64LE
machine.
