add the TEve classes to the svn trunk. Code compiles without warnings on
MacOS X, Linux and Windows XP. Tutorials still don't work, as init code
is still missing (coming later today).

use this new font name and make font lookup $ROOTYS independent (in
case ROOT is installed in fixed --prefix location).
