   Fix a problem with the file stager used to check the status of a file 
   before open when the StagedOnly flag is set.

Move CINT specific initialization (i.e. preventing CINT from #include-ing files it cannot parse) from TRint into TCint. Consistently tell the interpreter to #include <string>, not <_string>. Set the include path in TCint / TCling so they can load interpreter specific headers (like RtypesCint.h). Whether or not to remove the interpreter includes in TProofServLite::SetupOnFork() will
be studied by Gerri, for now they should not hurt.

    Synchronize to xrootd vendors branch:
    - Tiny fix in XrdSecProtocolkrb5.cc (remove a redundant unlock)
    - Improvements in 'xrdgsiproxy':
      - Add support for -exists (-e) switch for the 'info' mode (as in 'grid-proxy-info') to test
        existence and validity of a proxy.
      - Add also support for a clock skew in testing validity (default 30 secs; can be changed with
        the switch -clockskew).

   Make sure that the temp directory is unique to the configure process.

Remove support for precompiled headers. They make it impossible to
keep the dependencies right, and the gain is minimal and better
achieved by reducing the inclusion overhead of headers.

   Make sure that if '--disable-krb5' is give to ROOT configure this is taken
   by default also by XROOTD configure. This can b overwritten by passing
   explicitly --with-xrootd-opts="--enable-krb5 ...".
   Should solve an issue reported on the forum.
