This could be used to insert specialized information, which is related
to WS handler or display engine like CEF/Qt5

Websocket handler can allow to access file from local system, where main
HTML page is located.

Use new locations

Now default location for JSROOT is <prefix>/js
For Openui5 files is <prefix>/ui5

CRYPTLIBS was for crypt, not OpenSSL's crypto. Fix R__NO_CRYPTO by
dropping it altogether and using only the setting for 'ssl'. Also,
move CMakeLists.txt to use new coding style.

There seems to be a confusion between crypt(3) and crypto(7) here.
The crypt function is defined in unistd.h and is used for password
and data encryption, while crypto is OpenSSL's library implementing
cryptographic algorithms used in Internet standards.

Move declaration of ESockOptions and ESendRecvOptions enums from TSocket.h to TSystem.h, to get rid of this include dependencies in CMake:
include_directories(${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/net/net/inc)

This is part of Rfio authentication, which has been deprecated and
removed along with RFIO support.
