Remove the  #if ROOT_VERSION_CODE >= 364802 in some TMVA files to decide whether to include TMathBase.h or TMath.h.
Change to include what is needed. This fixes a compilation error when the ROOT version number is moved to 6

Test was using the wrong boundary condition that resulted in the data branches
sometimes not being read (when using graphical cuts as the first part of the
expressions)

Add an extra options in the GeneticMinimizer to pass the random seed. By default a 0 seed is used. Change the test to pass a fixed seed

this allow, among the others, G4 to generate the proper dictionaries
for the P01 and P02 tests.

This prevents .printDebug from crashing.  However it is still more verbose
than expected.
