Histogram drawable does not need to have reference - it uses palette
drawn in the frame

They have different attributes
Moreover, 2D histogram may be drawn with RPalette

Some RDrawable may require RFrame, therefore when such drawable add to
the pad, automatically RFrame will be created

Doing in two steps to keep git rename history clear

It is bound to RFrame coordinates and only margin and height can be
specified

Axes itself intergrated into histogram, but different drawing attributes
will be configured via RAttrAxis. This will include line, text, grid
attributes, but also log or invert scale

Margins can be configured via CSS/attributes logic as any other
attributes. To be decided how RPadLength should be coded into string.

Potentially one can use RBoxAttr, but let not do it too complicated
