Martin pointed out that the new settings are not correct if the external
xrootd is passed via "--with-xrootd=<dir>" instead of a full specification
of inc and lib dirs via "--with-xrootd-incdir=<incdir>"
and "--with-xrootd-libdir=<libdir>".
