A few changes to use libCint.so instead of libcint.so.

Also one change so that we use

     -I<sysdir>/cint/<coreversion>/inc

instead of:

     -I<sysdir>/<coreversion>/inc

With these changes I am able to run the cint tests in
${ROOTSYS}/cint/test directly.
