- Modified interface TVirtualMC::DefineParticle() - added more arguments 

  needed for Geant4 implementation
- Added new function TVirtualMCApplication::AddIons(),
  additional to AddParticles(), as in Geant4 ions have to be added
  later then particles  
From Mohammad Al-Turany:      
- Added new function:
  TVirtualMC::SetDecayMode()
