this patch should fix the gfortran linking problem reported by Alice. There was a check in the makefiles that check for the gcc and gfortran to be of the same version, if not g77 libs were linked. This assumed that the old cernlibs were build with the default g77 and not gfortran. Since we now build minicern ourselves this requirement is not there anymore.
