Add new stress program (normalized at 800 rootmarks on MAC coreduo) 

To run the test, do:

stressFit
stressFit Minuit2
or
root -b -q stressFit.cxx
root -b -q stressFit.cxx+
root -b -q "stressFit.cxx+(\"Minuit2\")"
