use the linker option -dead_strip_dylibs instead of the more aggresssive

option -mark_dead_strippable_dylib. The dead_strip_dylibs option is used
when linking the ROOT plugins so they are lean and mean, however not when
linking the applications so we don't dead strip dylibs for which we need
the CINT initialization.
