The makepdf.sh script was looking for a specific docbook version path: /usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.75.2 . I removed the version number so that now the script finds DocBook on Linux Distributions with newer docbook xsl-stylesheets versions, e.g. Fedora 18
