- Revert latest changes in configure, Makefile.in
  and mathmore/Module.mk and apply the rule globally 
  instead. This will solve problems when mixing 
  external libraries built in optimized mode and 
  ROOT built in debug mode (runtime libraries 
  mismatch). This was harmless with MSVC++7.1, 
  but fatal with MSVC++8.0 and 9.0.
