   ~/root/build/unix/svn_load_dirs.pl https://root.cern.ch/svn/root/vendors llvm llvm-export -m "Update LLVM to rXXXXXX"
This uploads the llvm-export directory, exported from LLVM svn via:
   svn export -r XXXXXX http://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk llvm-export
into the ROOT svn vendors branch.
