Undo 40266 which was unnecessary (illadvised since MathCore actually depends on libCore). · c6733117

Instead make sure that FORCELINK is really set on MacOS when using the new linking technics.
(This makes sure libMathCore is linked into root.exe even though there is no real dependency)
